The mentor behind HNTP

A course built around a way of thinking.

Bridging science, spirituality and society.

Why HNTP exists

The programme exists because the gap does.

HNTP was created from a simple conviction: chronic disease cannot always be understood by looking only at the diagnosis, the prescription or the diet chart.

Dr. Suresh Kumar Vunnamatla is a physician and educator whose work focuses on nutrition, lifestyle, metabolic health and the wider determinants that shape human wellbeing. He has worked across clinical medicine, nutrition, nutritional endocrinology and metabolic health since 2002 - before several of those became mainstream categories of care.

That work now connects in-person consultation, personally trained coaches, professional education and institution-level health programmes. Through HNTP, he brings together clinical reasoning, Holistic Nutrition, Lifestyle Medicine and real-world case learning to help health professionals develop a broader and more connected way of understanding chronic disease.

My mission is to empower a medication-free generation through lifestyle medicine, coaching, and compassionate science.

On the record
The goal is not to give learners more answers. It is to help them ask better questions.

My conviction is that the foundations of medicine, applied through lifestyle-focused care, can make a meaningful difference to the burden of chronic disease.
