How admission works
Four steps, about twenty minutes.
- 01
Apply
Register your interest and tell us briefly about your professional and learning background.
- 02
Clinical thinking
Choose real clinical stories and demonstrate observation, connection and reasoning.
- 03
Coach readiness
Reflect on empathy, humility, clarity, coachability, purpose and readiness to learn.
- 04
Scholarship decision
Qualifying applicants are considered for scholarship support based on overall performance.
What we are assessing
Not recall. Clinical reasoning, human judgement and professional ethics.
How you move from a presentation to a hypothesis, what you ask next, and what you do when the answer isn’t in the labs.
- 01
Curiosity
The willingness to keep asking why - especially when the obvious answer feels incomplete.
- 02
Clinical thinking
The ability to connect information rather than simply memorise protocols.
- 03
Humility
The confidence to say “I don't know” and remain open to learning, questioning and revision.
- 04
Empathy
The ability to see the human being before seeing the diagnosis.
- 05
Application
A desire to move beyond knowing - toward observing, applying and learning from outcomes.
The cases you will choose from
Pick two. There is no advantage to any pair.

- Case 01 · Metabolic health
Diabetes with complex cardiovascular history
A 56-year-old man with diabetes, fatigue, relationship distress and a history of three heart attacks.
What would you look at first?
- Case 02 · Reproductive health
PCOS to pregnancy
A 30-year-old lawyer with PCOS, irregular menstrual cycles, overweight and micronutrient deficiencies.
Where would you start?
- Case 03 · Autoimmune / inflammatory
Ankylosing spondylitis
A 29-year-old woman living with chronic pain and inflammation, followed through a structured 120-day intervention.
What would you change first?
- Case 04 · Gastrointestinal health
Long-standing IBS in an older adult
An 83-year-old woman with more than a decade of bowel symptoms, disturbed sleep, weakness and loss of independence.
What matters most here?
- Case 05 · Renal health
CKD Stage 3B - reversing kidney markers and regaining muscle strength
A middle-aged man diagnosed in 2019, presenting with high creatinine, urine glucose, blood traces and critically low muscle mass at 39.7%.
Would you have looked past the creatinine?
- Case 06 · Metabolic health
Type 1 diabetes - stabilising glucose and reducing insulin need
A young woman with Type 1 diabetes, fluctuating sugars, frequent fatigue and growing dependence on exogenous insulin.
Where does insulin need actually come from?
- Case 07 · Emotional health
A child's emotional wounds heal when the parent becomes present
A parent physically present but emotionally distant - no real conversations, no empathy during distress, no emotional validation. The child developed feelings of invisibility and loneliness despite every material comfort.
Which dimension is this case actually about?
- Case 08 · Reproductive health
Endometriosis - from “IVF is your only option” to conception
A woman living with endometriosis for years: painful cycles, fatigue and repeated fertility disappointment, told surgery and assisted reproduction were the route.
What would you do alongside the medical plan?
- Case 09 · Neurological health
Chronic migraine, considered lifelong, reversed
Years of persistent migraine episodes with medication dependency, disrupted sleep, light and sound sensitivity and unpredictable triggers affecting work.
What are you missing when you only treat the pain?
- Case 10 · Metabolic health
Type 2 diabetes reversed with no apps, no CGM, no supplements
A client in a rural setting with uncontrolled Type 2 diabetes, increasing medication dependency and confusion from contradictory advice.
How much of your protocol does this client actually need?
Case discussions are educational in nature. Individual results vary, and holistic lifestyle interventions support - but do not replace - appropriate medical evaluation, treatment and professional judgement.
