Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy covers enrolment in the Holistic Nutrition Training Program (HNTP), operated by Deepika Holistic Education and Vocational Institute OPC Private Limited.

Cancelling within 7 days

You can cancel your enrolment within 7 days of payment for a full refund, whether or not you have started the course. Tell us within the 7 days; you do not have to give a reason.

Cancelling after 7 days

After 7 days the fee is not refundable as of right. We consider requests made on medical or similar serious grounds case by case, and any refund in those cases is at HNTP’s discretion.

Scholarship fees

A scholarship fee and a Standard Admission fee are refunded on the same terms. They buy the same programme at different prices.

If we cancel

If HNTP cancels your enrolment or withdraws the programme, other than for a breach of the Terms and Conditions, your fee is refunded in full.

How to ask

Write to info@hntp.online or message +91 95739 96755 from the number or address you enrolled with, and say that you would like to cancel.

How a refund is paid

Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days and returned through Razorpay to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. We cannot pay a refund to a different account.

When a refund is made, access to the course ends.
