Privacy Policy

This policy describes what Deepika Holistic Education and Vocational Institute OPC Private Limited collects when you use hntp.online, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

Who is responsible

Deepika Holistic Education and Vocational Institute OPC Private Limited (DHEVI OPC Private Limited) is the data fiduciary for the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can reach us at info@hntp.online or +91 95739 96755.

Grievance officer

Dr. Suresh Kumar Vunnamatla is our grievance officer under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Write to info@hntp.online, or by post to #6, Shilpa Apartments, Erramanzil Colony, Hyderabad 500082.

What we collect

When you take the CDC Challenge
Your first name, and a WhatsApp number or email address. Later in the flow, and only once you have chosen your cases, your profession, city and country. At the offer stage, if you are issued a scholarship, your professional registration council and number.
Your answers
The clinical answers and written reflections you give during the challenge, and the score and reasoning profile derived from them.
When you pay
Your name, contact details and the details of the transaction. Card numbers, UPI credentials and bank details are handled entirely by Razorpay and never reach our servers.
Technical and campaign data
A first-party visitor identifier, the page you arrived on, the referring site, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed.

What we do not do

  • We do not put your name, email address or phone number in a web address. Not in a query string, not in a link we send you, not in anything an analytics or advertising service can read from the page.
  • We do not send your email address or phone number to an advertising platform in a readable form. Where measurement requires an identifier, it is irreversibly hashed on our server first.
  • We do not sell your data, and we do not rent or trade contact lists.
  • We do not message you on a channel you did not consent to. Consent is recorded per channel, with the time and the version of this policy you agreed to, and it is enforced in our own code rather than delegated to a mailing tool.

Why we collect it

To run and score your assessment, to let you resume an assessment you did not finish, to make and honour a scholarship offer, to give you access to the programme once you have paid, to meet our tax and accounting obligations, and to understand which of our own pages and questions work.

Resuming an unfinished assessment

Before you buy anything there is no password and no account. When you register, and again when you receive your result, we email you a link back into your application that works on any device. That link is a random token; we store only a one-way hash of it, so we cannot recover it and neither can anyone who obtains a copy of our database. It lasts 30 days, works at most 200 times, and stops working the moment you pay.

Who else processes your data

  • Supabase - our database, hosted in Mumbai (ap-south-1).
  • BigRock - hosting for hntp.online, and the mail server that sends our emails to you.
  • Supabase Edge Functions - the server that runs the CDC Challenge and checkout.
  • Razorpay - payments. They are the controller of your payment instrument details, not us.
  • Kajabi - the learning platform where the course is delivered, once you enrol.
  • Google and Meta - advertising measurement, receiving hashed identifiers only, and only where you have consented.

If we add a provider for email or WhatsApp messages, it will be listed here before it receives any of your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your application, your assessment answers and your enrolment records for as long as HNTP is offered, whether or not you enrolled, unless you ask us to erase them sooner. When the programme is no longer offered, we delete them.

Payment and invoice records are the exception: we keep those for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, even if you ask us to erase everything else.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. Write to info@hntp.online. Withdrawing consent for a messaging channel stops that channel immediately; withdrawing consent for processing while you are enrolled will end your access to the programme, because we cannot deliver it without it.

Cookies

We set one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in to an assessment in progress. It is HttpOnly, so page scripts cannot read it. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you allow them, and default to denied until you choose.

Changes

When this policy changes we record the new version against every consent given afterwards, so it is always possible to establish which version you actually agreed to.
