Shipping and Exchange Policy

HNTP is delivered entirely online. There is no physical product, nothing is shipped, and no delivery address is required or collected.

When access is granted

Your enrolment is recorded as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, which is normally within seconds, and our team is told at once to set up your course access.

How you get in

1. Kajabi, the platform the course is delivered on, emails you a link to set your password. That email comes from Kajabi, not from us.

If access does not arrive

A payment that has not produced access within 15 minutes is flagged to our team automatically, and someone grants it by hand. You should not have to chase us - but if you would rather not wait, write to info@hntp.online or message +91 95739 96755 and we will sort it out.

Check your spam folder for the Kajabi password email first - it is the single most common reason a paid enrolment appears not to have arrived.

How long access lasts

Your enrolment gives you access for 12 months from the date of payment, and access then ends. To continue, you can renew at the renewal fee published at the time. Nothing renews automatically, and we never charge you without your say.

Exchanges

HNTP is a single digital programme, so there is nothing to exchange. To cancel an enrolment, see the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Technical requirements

Any modern browser on a desktop, tablet or phone, and an internet connection good enough for video. There is nothing to install.
