Terms and Conditions
These terms govern enrolment in the Holistic Nutrition Training Program (HNTP), operated by Deepika Holistic Education and Vocational Institute OPC Private Limited.
What you are buying
An annual subscription to HNTP: seven modules, 27 lessons, approximately 100 hours of self-paced foundational learning, delivered on Kajabi, plus access to the weekly live sessions and the peer community for the term of your subscription.
Fees
The list fee is ₹35,000 per year. Scholarship Admission sets your fee by your result in the CDC Challenge; Standard Admission is ₹31,500 per year with no assessment. The current fees and how they are determined are set out on the pricing page.
All fees are inclusive of GST and are charged annually. EMI is available through Razorpay where your bank supports it.
Scholarship offers
A scholarship offer is issued to you personally and is not transferable. Each offer carries a stated expiry date and time, which we show you in full. We do not use rolling or resetting timers. If an offer lapses you may ask us once for an extension, and we will record the reason.
Your access
Your enrolment gives you access for 12 months from the date of payment, and access then ends. To continue, you can renew at the renewal fee published at the time. Nothing renews automatically, and we never charge you without your say.
What we ask of you
- Your enrolment is personal. Course materials, cases and recordings are for you and may not be shared, resold or republished.
- The clinical cases you study are real and de-identified. Treat them with the confidentiality you would give your own case notes.
- Attempt the CDC Challenge yourself. It sets your fee, and a result produced by someone else is not a scholarship, it is a misrepresentation.
Scope of practice
HNTP is professional education. It does not confer a licence, it does not authorise you to practise outside the scope of your existing qualification and registration, and nothing in the programme is a substitute for medical advice to a patient. You remain responsible for practising within the limits your own council sets.
Certification
Enrolment earns a Certificate of Acknowledgement, valid 365 days, which confirms only that you enrolled. A Certificate of Achievement is earned by completing the curriculum, documenting three cases with meaningful outcomes, presenting them to the peer community and passing verification review. The difference is set out on the certification page, and we do not represent one as the other.
Refunds
Set out separately on the Cancellation and Refund policy.
Suspension
We may suspend or end an enrolment if you share, resell or republish course materials, breach the confidentiality of the clinical cases, or misrepresent who took the CDC Challenge. No fee is refunded when an enrolment ends for one of these reasons.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
